Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Brian McCormick served in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician on the USS Benfold (DDG-65). After serving he got his BS in Biology at Kansas State University, his BS in Nursing at Avila University and his MS in Nursing at Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences. He collaborates with Dr. Mancuso and has a special interest in all aspects of cardiovascular disease.
Brian is originally from Waco, TX but was raised in Kansas City. In his spare time, he enjoys flying airplanes, gardening, camping/hiking/bicycling and hanging out with his wife and three kids. Prior to Healient, he worked at Sano Orthopedics, Research and Belton hospitals for internal medicine and at Saint Luke’s for emergency medicine.
